Our Story
VelvetSky Private Limited
Founded in September 2023, VelvetSky Private Limited is committed to promoting the rural economy, a vital part of the Indian economy. Rural and remote areas often face significant challenges, from farmers struggling to sell their produce at fair prices to local producers having difficulty promoting their products. On the consumer side, people in these regions lack access to quality products and alternatives
Recognizing these issues, we took the initiative to bridge the gap between producers and consumers. While the challenges are vast, our efforts represent a small yet impactful step toward improving rural access to markets. We aim to inspire others to contribute to the cause of rural development.
As part of our mission, VelvetSky was recognized as a DPIIT-certified startup. We launched the brand AgroArpan, through which we market agricultural goods directly from farmers. Additionally, we have partnered with top brands to supply their products through our network, ensuring that retailers and consumers have access to a wide variety of high-quality products.
Our supply chain delivers quality products directly from manufacturers to retailers, providing them with multiple alternatives and helping them diversify their offerings. We are also dedicated to promoting local producers by connecting them with new markets through our emerging supply chain network, driven by social media and digital marketing.
Through these efforts, VelvetSky Private Limited sells products on marketplaces and through our e-commerce platform, ensuring that even in remote areas, quality products are easily accessible.
